I'm a fan of the OME set up I'm running. Have you already bought the lift and stuff or are you still at the very begining of looking at options??

    What is your price range?

Suggestions are going to vary tremendously depending on how much you're willing to spend.

i have found a lift that i like and that i can get in canada, but it dosent come with new shocks so i figured i should upgrade those from the stock ones since ill have everything apart, and for a price range im not really sure where to start or what shocks would be worth because i have never bought any before.. but id say i have 400 - 500 bucks aside for shocks but hope i wont have to spend it all on that

In that price range you're probably best off going with Old Man Emu units. They have good coil springs as well if you need coils.

Bilstein 5100s with a quality coil spring would also work.
