When is it going to be released?

I've heard different things about it. Verizon passed on the Iphone, so it went to AT&T, I still believe the Iphone kept AT&T from going under. I also heard that it was suppose to be released July 2010. July has passed and I have not heard anything. I have asked a few customer representatives, they all don't know if they Iphone will come to Verizon.

i have the droid x. it is pretty sick and has a ton of cool features, and you also have an app store to choose from. but the only crappy part is the battery life......It's on all the reviews, battery life sucks balls. If i don't many calls or text during the day it'll last. but if i'm playing games on the toilet and sending a lot of texts, i have to charge it at least once.

I'd still bring the truck probably lol... the stealth is far from show quality, even if it's fun to drive :D I doubt I'll be able to get the time off however...

Yea, all of the smart phones (iphone included) have crap battery life. The Droid (first one, mine) has an extended batt thats 2x life about, but it's just a tad larger with a slightly bigger backing plate... just enough to not work in the docks for it :/ Still, if you use the power management wisely you can get through the day easy. The largest hit are the bright screens...

Yea, that's why they're doing the recall actually. I kept meaning to call them about it, but they beat me to the punch! Not sure what they'll send, I suspect their first gen. I'd be fine with that anyway, I kinda prefer the smoother front surface over their newer 'maximize clearance' motto lately anyway. I figure it's easier to slide on a rock or something with a straight flat surface (bud's idea) than to have multiple catch points...

    Yes.
I have the Droid Incredible. The battery life is not too horrible, unless I am actually making calls all day... Which is quite rare. Ha.

What the? The last post was last night before 8pm. Come AZ, post some BS!

I will heading home to visit the family and to do some maintenance work on the truck. Some stuff I got plan, swap out diff, swap out leaf springs, put in new spark plugs, change the fluids - engine, transmission, and check the power steering fluid. Maybe some wheeling on Sunday.

What's everyone got plan for the weekend?
