If you want a 2020 4x4, access cab with 3.5 and manual tranny, is the sport model your only choice?

I thought the TRD off road also came in the access cab/manual configuration, but I am not seeing it on Toyota’s website as an option. Only the double cab is shown with the manual available.

In the US you get a sport
In Canada you get an off-road

if you want a double cab, you can get the off-road pro or sport with manual.

Thats a bummer because you can’t get the locking rear if you want the access cab/manual/4x4 in the US, only a LS.

Yep. Only reason I bought a sport was 6ft bed with 6 speed manual.

2015 was the last year you could get the OR Manual Access Cab in the USA.

It's computer simulated Limited Slip via the brakes.

Correct. If you wanted access cab, you’d need to either live with auto LSD or put in something aftermarket.

personally I’ve used my locker almost never..

the manual is definitely the better trans in this truck having personally put a lot of miles on both

    Welcome to Toyota NA.
I would bet every one of us with the AC/V6/6MT Sport were at some point thinking the same thoughts you are now. "WTF Toyota".

Thanks for the all the replies guys.

I don't want to give up the manual or AC, so Sport it is.

I will have to put in an aftermarket locker, ARB etc...

Does anyone know if the rearend/differential size for the Sport with the manual compared to the TRD offroad is a different size?

Just wondering if I am giving up anything else by going with the Sport.

If its a Manual Sport it will have the same size 8.75" as the OR.
