    I dealt with the summer outage way better than the winter outage, but would rather not wish to go thru either one again.

    @shakerhood

    I've got a story for you, and I feel bad about the way I reacted (I was probably 14 or 15 at the time so I didn't really have my anger in check)...

    You've probably heard about the green 1996 Nissan Pathfinder my dad had prior to the Tacoma he bought for me. One time in 2003 or 2004 (maybe 2005), when we were living in Northern Virginia, the Pathfinder was parked in the driveway of house. The back liftgate was open, and I was unloading stuff from the back...

    I was leaning into the back of the Pathfinder, with my legs firmly planted on the ground and my entire upper body in the vehicle; My cousin had been helping me, and he all of sudden says "Okay, I'm shutting it now!" Keep in mind that I am still leaning into the back of the Pathfinder! My cousin shuts the liftgate, and the bottom of it comes right down on the middle of my body; I'd say above my ass but below the small of my back. That HURT!

    I firmly believe that my cousin was not actually trying to hurt me; It was nighttime and kind of dark (though he still had no excuse to not see me), and I think he just had a severe brain fart.

    Running on adrenaline, I stood straight up and grabbed my cousin, and slammed him into the side of my dad's Pathfinder with such force that it left a very small dent in the door. Keep in mind that my cousin has a black belt in Kung Fu and was still taking lessons back then, and I normally don't mess with him, but I was livid. Then, the adrenaline wore off and the pain set in, and I was staggering around the front yard clutching my waist, all the while growling at my cousin "Why the fuck would you do that?!?!" My cousin could not give me an answer as to why he slammed the liftgate down while I was still leaning into the back of the truck, and he just kept saying he was sorry. It's not like he was a little kid either; We were both 14-16 years old!

    I cannot help but wonder if my friend's German Shorthaired Pointer has Raynauds in her ears; The ends of her ears tend to be super cold compared to the rest of her body!

    Thankfully it was not as bad back then, it pretty much set in around my mid 20's.

    Why do you think my cousin slammed the back door of the Pathy on me? I chalk it up to a classic Whiskey Tango Foxtrot moment...

    Also, my cousin is my flesh and blood and gets more chances than the typical schmuck or even a friend would get; Back in 2012 or so, one of my friends had the bright idea to suddenly walk behind my truck at night while I was backing out (before I put the backup camera in) and then had the nerve to complain that I'd almost run him over!

    A severe case of cerebral flatulence...

    This same cousin once walked right through the screen part of a sliding glass door at his parents' house; The glass part was open, but not the screen. My cousin walked right into it like it wasn't even there and took it right off the track!

    Jeremy, you would have beaten the crap out of this one guy if you were in my situation; There is guy in his 50s who has a severe drug and alcohol problem; He got like four DUIs over the years, got his driver's license revoked, gave up on ever getting it back, and started riding a bike everywhere. The local cops in Doylestown hated this guy because he spat at the them at least once, and whenever they encountered him he was always an uncooperative, drunken asshole. It got to the point that whenever saw him, they'd bring him in on whatever charges they could think of just because they hated him so much.

    This guy was banned from just about every bar in Doylestown because he was obnoxious and weird, and nobody wanted anything to do with him; He was banned from the bar where I worked. Even though he was formally trespassed, this guy was smart and knew what he could get away with, without getting arrested. He would purposely walk past the bar on the public streets just to antagonize us, and in the situation I am talking about, he jumped out in front of my truck from behind a parked car and almost ended up on my hood; Luckily I was paying attention!

    I knew it had something to do with the blood flow; Her ears do not seem to bother her in the slighest! I just found it a bit alarming that her ears were so chilly!

    Does it take longer for your hands to warm back up? Does your Taco have a heated steering wheel?

    Calling names? He jumped in front of my truck and almost ended up on the hood! He never called me names or directly bothered me, but he was known for being violent when drunk and I avoided him.
