Heres when I first got it home. Always been a big Tacoma fan. This is my 7th one with all kinds of models since 85'.

Got the TRD 4x4 OffRoad with Tech package but didn't come with any exterior accessories. Gonna have to get something put on. First thing I added was the black vinyl on the chrome emblems.

Don't want anyone jacking my tailgate so I got a lock. Prefered one that locked with the key fob. So I got the Pop&Lock. Heard good stuff.
    IMG_7031.jpg

Now lets put it in! Tailgate panel removed.
    IMG_7082.jpg

    Installed in place.
    IMG_7086.jpg

Drilled a couple of holes in the plastic caps and ran through.
    IMG_7092.jpg

Ran up to the front through frame rail and in through the factory grommet. Tried to hide as much as possible.

Sweet ride should of got Husky Xact fits instead of the OEM All Weather Mats, huge difference over the OEM. You'll see you will eventually switch like we all do.

I got that rear bar for the tie downs that goes against the cab. Screws right in like the side ones. Also a cargo net

Got an OEM taco bedcover . Met up with a guy from Dallas from these forums. Traded him the plastic caps and installed there at his house. Pic of caps off.

Screwed in the front and side brackets. Installed the small plastic covers and snapped the replacement caps back on.

where did you get this bar from? I’m assuming it will accept 2 factory D-Rings to give me a few more anchor points.

    the Toyota part# is PT278-35100-BH

and yes I put two factory d-rings to help strap stuff.
