There’s been something going around, I had it a few months ago and it the cough that came with it stayed around for a good month and a half

 

I had the same thing last month, definitely lingered longer than anything else I remember. Doesn't help I work in a place with roughly 400 people at most times. I'm constantly sick during the winter. During the summer it turns into stomach bugs, so constant episodes of "liquid explosions." (not my diet, happens to everybody in my department) Never seen so many nasty people; usually just come right out of the bathroom stall and don't wash their hands. Even though we're isolated here in the maintenance department we have a couple nasty fuggers. One time after a cookout a guy didn't want to eat a whole chicken breast and just strait up grabbed some meat off and was going to throw it back in the tray until we called him out on it. To think WE got sent to HR about that...

 

I don’t work with anyone and use carb and brake cleaner frequently.

 

Just tell me how you work the door knob with your Boots on??

Takes to long to remove my boot so I can use my Toes to open the door .

very few places have the latches like Hospitals you can get with your elbow

 

I can see dinner is going to be a waste Hit Burger king and call it good.

I can`t see how you could work being unable to smell I would be lost.

 

I was very cautious at the convention - fastidiously washed my hands and completely refrained from touching things in public. That said, there was a lot of hand shaking and close quarters at times.

 

Divorces are expensive but worth it the sex I never got is not missed .

The kitchen table is now a work bench Auto parts in the dish washer and kitchen sink is normal enough parts for projects for the rest of this life and 1/2 the next

Morning Mark, agree with you there. After 42 years of getting up early for work my system still wakes me up early even on vacation. But gives me a chance to enjoy a coffee in peace .

 

Same here - rare for me to sleep past 4 or 4:30. The coffee and the quiet are sublime.

I got those assholes in my walls. I'm constantly banging on the walls in my room cuz I can hear scratching around. Doesn't matter what I do to get rid of them they come back every winter. No idea how they are getting in.

 

I caught two reds with rat traps.... Don't recommend.

Get something like a WCS tube trap, kills instantly vs giving them a hat to get run over with....
