I was always a western fan instead of the pew pew laser beam movies. I do need to watch them though. People look at me like I’m a hermit when I tell them I haven’t seen them

It's fine, sci fi isn't for everyone. I've always love westerns too! Got any favorite movies/series? Also, if you want to try sci fi you should check out Firefly. It's basically a western in space

I get the hype thing, I was a Harry Potter nut and it’s weird watching it with people who aren’t as enthused.

    What is Firefly on?
I’m getting into sci-fi more lately

I'm not sure where you can watch it these days. It's an older show that aired on sci fi. Think it's on hulu or Amazon prime

My understanding is the stock breather can clogged and can blow out your axel seals. Relocating away from water and dirt it can be prevented

I've looked at the sony's. Which HU is that? Did it have the USB-A on the backside of the unit as well?

Looks Clean, well done and welcome.

My family hails from Riviere Ouelle, near Kamouraska...I know the area a bit. Beautiful country.

Been a busy week (I know it's not today but I'm playing catch up cuz I've been in a frenzy fixin her up):
Installed reman oem CVs by cvj with the higher angle red boot. Replaced serpentine belt. Replaced every darn broken plastic rivet on the front end. Installed new Spec-d projector headlights and Spyder LED taillights. Ran my own circuit for the DRL since my truck didn't have them stock.
    20200125_105413.jpg
Installed LED maps, dome and license plate lights.
    20200126_222817.jpg
Installed a new Pioneer head unit with a backup camera (waiting on the tailgate latch camera).
    20200126_222429.jpg
Found out my truck was supposed to have a key fob but didn't so I programmed a new one. New center caps, lugs and valve stems for my wheels.
    20200126_222051.jpg

And today I modded my door locks to unlock with one click of the fob and ran wiring for an under hood light. Waiting for my tilt switch to get here to finish that one.

Went out for a R&R. Had to cut through about 30 falllen trees, completed recovery, but ended up 2wd in 2 feet of snow with a broken cv axle, rear window, winch, and rear dif, with a flashing CEL.. managed to get out 12hrs later and limped her home. fun weekend:headbang:

Yea, maybe some don't realize the new Supra is mostly BMW parts :notsure:

Would have been even better if it was a Z4 parked there lol

It’s the XAV-AX1000. No USB on the back unfortunately, which in hindsight I wish I knew because I don’t love have the cable sticking out the front of it. The Bluetooth connection is a little slow on start up as well, but all in all I’m pretty happy with it. Especially for the price, ~270 on Crutchfield right now

The new Supra is all BMW parts. The only thing Toyota made is the emblems. You can’t even check oil level. The computer will tell you after driving for 30 minutes if the level is good from an oil change

Lol one of a kind. You said storm trooper. Funny thing is I never even knew the storm trooper look was a thing until one of my daughters said my truck looked like one so I went with it. I always just liked white and black. Unintentional but I have fun with it now
