I'd say that anything that is good with heat is fine

 

I enjoy it, it actually comes apart if it's the spendy stuff. I got ARP stainless studs and hardware for the Z

 

Sounds like ill get some for the 4 runner than, the more i take it to the beach the crustier the exhaust gets... its still clean as fuck but not brand new like it was

 

thats the only tube bumper id get

 

if that full of air i feel bad for whoever readends it

 

Why? You see how thick it is and that its got other support/bracing its not gonna burst

 

all it takes is the pointy end of something and 50 mph to puncture it.

i can see a bumper to hold water. compressed air id like to keep under the vehicle.

So that’s just how manual hub CVs are setup. They have a small c clip that prevents the tripod from falling off. So you tap the tripod downwards after removing the lower snap ring. Then remove the hidden c clip so you can tap the tripod off. Took a while to find pictures of someone rebooting manual hub axles. While I had the CV apart I compared every part to one of my broken CVs. Nothing looked off. So the CVJ axles went back in with Toyota grease, boots, and the boot slide mod.

255/80r17 or 285/70r17 for the tundra... Tires will be happening once the assend is on the taco and the wheels go back on the taco

 

255s are too skinny, theyre non-committal big boy tires haha. 285s are decent, still skinny but adequate

 

hmm 285 is pushing it with 7" wide wheels though isnt it?

 

I ran 295/70/17 and now 315/70/17 on 7" 4runner wheels

Tire chains might not mount them because the chart says you need 7.5" wide wheel

 

Doubt Wal Mart or most major tire places would mount them. At least they won't mount 12.50 wides on 7" wide. Not sure if 285/70R17 is wide enough at 11.2 inches to where you'd need to run lower tire pressure to keep tire wear even.

 

I mount them myself. I’d rather not push it though

 

If you purge from the side will it allow effortless 360's and drifts?

 

Real clean! Definitely will serve you well, looks great with the mechanisms showing through the faceplate!

Just be careful not to bash ur wrists on countertops. I was infamous for doing that and chipped the faceplates on most of my watches as a result lol

 

Yeah I do the same. I have been trying hard to remember to take it off when I'm working on things to keep it from getting banged up
