That’s clever. I use my ditch lights to spot deer every night on my way home from work. I have to hit the switch every time there is oncoming traffic. Fortunately there isn’t much traffic at 12am

Picked up installed my factory LED bed lights this afternoon.(had them on order for 2 weeks) While I was at the dealer I bought a bed mat as well

 

Just 16-17 models seemed to have the problem

 

For your use, I’d consider a separate switch that connects them to the high beams (assuming you have the auto-high beam switch) that would do it for you.

 

Damn! I like those but “factory” sounds “expensive”...dealer sounds “very expensive!”
