I have had my ultra gauge for about 1 month up until now I have loved it. Today my tire air sensor went on. I checked air pressure sure enough it was low. Filled tires. Still having low air sensor issues. Finally took it to the dealer they thought it was 2 broken sensors from having my tires installed. Then the tech reset it again this time without the ultra gauge plugged in and no more error code.

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing any problems with their ultra gauge?

Had my slip indicator light and my ABS light come on when I first installed it, but other than that it's been great.

Does the ultra gauge read/display tire pressure? I don't have one, but Im curious on why it interferes with the tire indicator as mentioned by the OP.

No, it doesn't show tire pressure. I haven't had any issues with mine...thus far.

My tire sensor went on also....but i'm pretty sure i know why. I live in southern cali and in the begining of the week my tire sensor went off cause of the weather. it was really cold a couple of days and i remember that back last winter when it got cold, cold the sensor would light up. but once it warmed up it goes off....not right away but eventually does. so i doubt its the ultra gauge. most likely a coincidence that the tech unplugged the UG and your sensor light went out.

so an update on my issue... after leaving the dealership i left the ultra guage unplugged drove it 3 times after the 1st time no light came on. But after the 2nd it came back on without the ultra gauge plugged in. so i doubt its the gauge. It could be when I had my tires installed they broke the sensors...or its a manufacturer issue.

T-frax it was cold up here too this am. about 49 but as it warmed up there was no change it had been on all day. I thought the temperature may have done it when i was airing up my tires this morning but who knows. Im taking it to the place i had my tires installed tomorrow

yeah mine is still on too even though it has warmed up a bit but i know it will eventually go off as it has happened to me twice before....last winter and couple of weeks ago. by any chance did you check your spare tire?

yes there is is sensor on your spare...or at least there should be. Most of the time if it isn't the cold and your tires are aired and the sensor light is still on, could be the spare because most people...like me...forget about it and don't check the pressure.

Toyota discontinued the spare tire sensor on the Tacoma. I'm not sure what year but the 2010's do not have it.

no issues with it although i know it reads my gas tank level as being more full then it actually is.
