Tundra I’m getting the cap from
Has the body harness I need to get all the trailer shit functioning correctly and it’s got the bigger alternator fuse so I can install the 150 amp sequoia alt.

hopefully they work me a deal and it’s not ruined

This damn truck should be “done” by spring. Be wonderful finally having something other than a ford that likes to kill transmissions for hauling cars and shit around (it can’t tie the behemoth trailer I have, but I’m looking for a nice aluminum tilt deck car trailer

Eventually. Going to rock it for a little bit to see if I really like it.

Have you ever have to open the valve covers and did the valve cover seal? When my cam seals was leaking on my 3.4 it dripped back just like that on top of my rack and pinion. Was a quart low on 5k oil change intervals. Took 10k miles before I realized it was my cam seals.

    @eon_blue

That trail that was super sketch and where we turned around?

Fucking mud pit, I had to hit the skinny pedal to get through it still yet everything else everywhere is dry before the trail

I have them and like them a lot. I run a lot of weight full time (bed rack, tent, toolbox, recovery gear, swingout) so got them with the AAL preinstalled from wheelers.

With just a shell and not much else they might seem stiff but you could always pull the overload out down the road if so (give them time to break in though, rather than right away).

I just ordered and have to install a daystar greasable bolt/bushing kit ($30) for the front eyelet since after a year they're starting to get squeaky. OME greasable shackles in the rear that have been quiet.

I'm interested to see how long they hold up with all the weight over time, but good balance so far!

Also should add, depending on what tire size you're running might want to get axle relocation plates while you're getting another set of U-bolts anyway

    That's cute.

I take it you haven't seen a real mud pit before :luvya:

But yeah, sucks to be in a sketch situation. Especially when you only have 2wd. Glad you didn't get stuck. We need updates about Ana, Rachelle, and your kitteh kat

so the GF has been hinting about not wanting to live alone for a while and I have been wanting to leave the metro area for even longer. This last weekend I told her I was ready to start talking about a 1 year plan for me to move down to where she lives :anonymous:

she told me I wouldn't need my IKEA furniture and hinted again that she wanted me to move in

I put the two Ironman 35x12.50R17 I picked up on the rear of the Tacoma and they are much wider than the same size Trepadors they are replacing. They are so wide that you can hear them scrub during tight turns :bananadead:

Nah, I can see it's steep. For reference trees always grow straight up if you want something to compare a slope too :luvya:

    Those moments suck.

Last time that happened I slid about 100 yards back on hardpack snow on a winter wheeling trip. Couldn't do anything to slow down or steer so I was along for the ride
