    Alt pulley is pressed on. Use a puller tool. Comes off easy. New pulley slides in without pressing

    My alternator pulley came off with out a puller. Just impact on the nut.

    It's funny everyone says the alternator one should be easy and the others are a pain and here I am saying the opposite. :laugh:

    I gotta check mine. Picked up a double core CSF today and some silicone hoses. Can’t wait to get it setup with the new thermostat and pulleys.

    for those that are 2.3 is there any additional cutting required to clear from a 2.5?

    Yes. Just make the snout same diameter as the press on hub. Most people use a dremel for this.
