An ICONic Build

hey guys
John at down east offroad. Just picked up this TRD PRO. Has 19,000 miles and a 3/2 leveling kit and 285/70r17s.

Follow the build for the how and whys to this. Going to be a 12in front and rear mid travel setup on custom tuned icons. Once turned and failed in we will be looking to sell the setup. But until then enjoy the changes to the truck as we work our way to overland expo west 2020.

 

Great looking truck! I just picked up a similar one.

Prinsu Rack
30in baja kit bar for bumper
40in baja kits bar for roof rack
more to come but alot of lead times for those parts

 

Prinsu Rack in and ready to install. hopefull have ti done early next week

 

Got the prinsu rack on and a 40in s8 baja designs bar. Fab up a custom light bracket to close the gap and bring the light forward. End result is sweet

 

Looks amazing! What's that tonneau cover you're rocking? Bakflip?

 

You should set an upTOPoverland rack. They are more modern looking and would work with those lights.

Test shock just showed up. Now I need the archive garage stuff and we can get these dialed in

 

Got some time today to install sound deadening on the roof and floor. Wasn't that bad of a job

 

Had time to install the running4tacos front cab mounts. Not the easiest to install, but nice once in there

 

been awhile since i have posted. but in the mean time i have been waiting on parts. well they are all finally here. new additions to the truck is the complete suspension and wheels and tires. i am rocking a baja kits long arm kit, with icon long travel front cdc adjustable coilovers, Icon rtx rear leaf pack, and 2.5 in hd piggyback adjustable cdc 14in shocks. on archive garage shock relocation mounts and archive garage hammer hangers. i also am rocking the icon vector 6 wheels with toyo mt tires in 315/70r17
