I feel like I've heard/seen someone say they can get oils for a good price? Who dat is? Send me a PM please.

I'm gonna need 2 or 3 rear diff's worth of gear oil, and additive, if it's dino. Probably enough to the do the front as well, but I need to source new drain/fill plugs for it. ECGS says Lucas 85-140 w/ adds is the bees knees.

    When it rains :crapstorm:

Rear brakes tried to kill me/run a red light this morning on the way to work. Pretty sure I lost a wheel cylinder. My fault for no preventative maintenance back there.

It's weird stopping with 3/4 of the pedal having no resistance and only the front brakes working. Going home will be slow and fun.
Thank heysoos I have a manual and can downshift!

Fortunately brake cylinders are cheap, hope that's all you need to replace. Just ordered a pair for my 85 because 1 was leaking, only $10 each.
Also thank God for split circuit brakes.

Chad, do you know when your credit score will update? Like an actual date range? Would the shop be willing to work with you and give you an extension until you can get the loans you need?

Complete rear rebuild. Definitely blew a wheel cylinder after fooling with the passenger rear drum and trying to get the shoes to compress, the wrong way :)
Had to get a new brake line for pass side, since cylinder was leaking like a stuck pig, and I folded over the existing hard line to stop/slow it down.

I'm still breathing, cruising in FWD, looking for someone to throw these gears in the rear end and set em up. Closer than Lexington/Cincinnati
