Where and when do you feel the pain?

In my case, I only felt it when squatting, at the bottom of the squat right in the hip joint. No other exercise would bother it. Sumo deadlifts would pinch a little bit but I didnt sumo regularly. Took weeks off from squatting but it came right back as soon as I started again...

Tried low bar today in flats. I usually highbar with heels on. Did 325x5, 375x5 and 425x5. Felt pretty solid for the first time doing lowbar. I rewatched Stan efferdings video with jujimufu and that helped nail the technique down.

it’s the front, like 2-3” right below the pointy part on the front of the pelvis. Didn’t hurt while squatting at first, only after. I thought it was just regular Post workout soreness like DOMs. If I grab my knee and pull it toward my chest it doesn’t hurt, but if I lift my knee up Under it’s own power it will hurt. I think at this point I have some inflammation to deal with, and my understanding is that tendon isn’t vascular so it heals slowly.

deadlifts don’t seem to bother it

it’s a little sore now but not much worse than before working out, we’ll see how it feels tomorrow.

ETA from googling I think it’s the rectus femoris tendon

Shes 13 and shows no signs of slowing down.

I love Maine Coons. They are good looking cats.
Sorry she is no longer with you.

I was confused as soon as I read Maine Coon. I’m pretty sure all cats are just cats.

My girlfriends yorkie would disagree. He bullies my boxer around. Steals all the toys from him and from my parents’ boxer. He’s kind of a dick.

Those homemade spiced nuts are bomb.
2 cups each of walnuts, pecans, pistachios, almonds, and cashews.
Toss in a tiny bit of olive oil then 1 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper.
Bake 300F for 10 mins. Let cool completely before putting in an airtight container.

It would be better IMO with smoked paprika.

I also feel like they need something else... any ideas?
    Cumin?
