yeah I had to do all that shit....baptism, communion, confirmation...was an altar boy for 5ish years...CCD every week along with church, etc.

Pretty much tuned it all out around 16 years old and by 18 I was over it completely, much to the dismay of my mom. Although she's not very religious herself anymore these days, for her it was always just about being close with her family and the community aspect of it.
