    RCI skid plates Mobtown sliders Lots of patches and MESO stuff
    Mid March still has a pretty good chance of seeing snow, so take that into account for anything you learn hear. Hiking at higher elevation (Denver really is the mile high city) is going to get everyone more winded quicker. Take it easy, drink a lot of water. A few places I'd take flatlanders for a day trip.
    White Ranch Park Drive up to the upper parking lot, otherwise you'll just be hiking straight up the hill. From the upper parking lot, there are trails with various levels of difficulty, and good views of Denver and the surrounding area.
    Lots of trails and loops of various difficulty starting from here, with good views of the city and into the foothills
    Dowdy Draw trailhead
    Chautauqua Trailhead
