For sure, how you did it is actually a good thing, the type of thing any of us should do. Protects the members, protects the forum's integrity as well.

Just don't get the GX470 calipers. They tend to seize in at least one of the pistons. The GX460 is what most use for an upgrade from the 470.

I make a fair bit of extra money on here, so I appreciate when people play by the rules since I have to aswell.

Ill go as far to say that there should be a rule that requires you to have 50 posts to buy, not just sell. I always feel sketched out whenever I get some 1st timer trying to buy from me, or better yet, doesnt know how paypal works.

 

That's exactly how I would go about it, had I ever gone the LX route instead of the LC. Just ride with it until something broke in the system, then gut it and install the lift in place. But have only owned the LCs in the 100 series family. The cream color looks a bit strong? Or lacking of contrast? But when you get the armor on those solid cream color LX's they look sweeeeeeet
