Now I'm more concerned with dodging all those kids at 70+ in a school zone! Why are they all in the street anyway???

At 70 you don’t need to dodge anything or ask questions. Just enjoy the ride.

I will most likely get suspension before tires, and not all at once. I should have the chance to feel it out on stock tires before making a decision on larger tires..I'm pretty confident I'll like the 6112/5160 combo and I've been reassured here so thanks y'all.

I had this setup on my 17' Sport. It rode great on the 265/70r17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers wrapped around SCS Brushed Copper Ray 10s. It rode like a truck, not a car. I've had 5 pick-ups and a T4R. Lots of tires in that time.

Lucky you I can't make a decision on suspension. I get to the point of yeah 6112 is great for what I'd need but for a little but more I can get ads or kings and go back and forth like that. Hence why I still have stock

They are nice. Much better than stock, or 5110s that’s for sure. There are much better out there but they cost about $4k to start.

Nice. What did you like better about the Bilstein 6112/5160 vs adjustable King 2.5s?

If you want the best street and off-road combo King’s and Fox are not the solution.

Kings too soft on the street? I'm guessing you've tried turning up the compression firmness all the way already...

I was thinking ads or kings front and do a shock mount relocate for the rear maybe a 12 or 14 inch to keep it under the bed. The problem is then needing a leaf pack that enables the full use of this the wheel spacers, u bolt kit, brake lines, bump stops ect

I still can’t get used to the Kings. I tried every setting possible and they still don’t ride like the Bilstein And my front Spring rate is 600 on the kings.

but neither are the 6112s. All three of them have a serious flaw.

If you want something better than the 6112s but something that can do on/off road better than the fox / kings look at the Bilsetin B8 series. It’s about the same cost as the fox setup, but it’s zone controlled.

    read about them here.
