    that might be part of the problem... they aren't sure. Multiple attempts thrown at it some work some don't. Rear axels, leaf springs, drive line angles. I'm no tech but i wish i knew one...

    A great mechanic would figure it out by ear. Unfortunately there aren’t many left anymore. I’m sure as hell not one. Lol

    RG Air - There is a post on a different thread regarding the specific Spicer built transfer case / driveshaft angles that Spicer recommends, and how the Toyota angles are greater than the Spicer recommended. The author described how he cut 12mm of height out of the transfer case mount and solved his vibration woes.
