    My parts 85 4runner I bought for the axle had the r151 trans swapped in it. I was putting dual cases in my 3.0 4runner so I swapped bell housings between the r151 and my r150 transmission so I could run the turbo trans and use the gear drive transfer cases otherwise I'd need an adapter to make it work with the r150 trans.

    Yes similar. Not just swapping the bell housing though putting the whole r151 trans in since keeping 22reeeeee.


    fun fact, The 22 in 22re stood for how many hampsters spinning the crankshaft simultaneously produced the equivalent crankshaft output power of the engine (84.3 kW).

    So all you 3rd Gen dcsb owners looking for a cap with atleast one windoor, sliders and carpet. This truck just poppedup for sale local but I'm sure he'd probably be willing to sale the cap separate for a good offer.
