    Hey guys,

I have 2018 TRD OR with 15k miles. I got my tires rotated and an oil change at the dealership. After that, I started hearing a ticking noise whenever I drive above 35mph. The tick goes faster the faster I drive. It’s coming from the front-left part of the truck. I checked the lugs and they weren’t loose. Is anyone else experiencing this?

And you didn't notice the noise before I'm guessing?

Why'd they do an oil change at 15k? 15k service should not include an oil change

Did you possibly run over a nail or something? Check for foreign objects in your tire, that may be the cause of the noise.

I checked my tires, there’s no debris stuck. I checked for any loose lines in the wheel well and there was nothing. It happened as soon as I drove off the dealership

Take it back immediately. Tell them exactly what you told us, that the noise started happening after you left from the appointment. They should look into it.

The above 35 mph is the interesting part. My guess is they screwed something up when rotating the tires. Any wobbling or vibrations?

Take it back regardless though. They need to recheck their work.

I don't get this type of situation....instead of immediately turning around and bringing it to the dealer who just performed the work, you ask a bunch of stranger what you should do.

it may be some thing simple.
I once replaced my LCA on my old car along with a brake service, everything went well, but when I moved the vehicle, I had a ticking noise that changed with speed.
put it back up on jacks, and starring me right in the face was my issue. Some how I put the pads on the wrong side, the squeeler strip was now facing the rim, and as a result it would "flick" past each spoke of my rim.... tick tick tick.... Soo glad it wasn't the CV axle I was messing with prior!

my point is, it could be simple. Take it back, have them look at it.

I don't get this type of situation when a stranger asks about a stranger asking from help from other strangers while there are other strangers not getting it. Simply amazing.

Or maybe, I had to rush back to work because I told my supervision that I was going to return from my appointment at a set time

Do you not have a phone and a way to communicate to the supervisor or the dealership? I thought you AF guys were supposed to be smart or something.
