Sorry guys, literally took an hour and a half break to help the SO (since I'm at the house).

Also these frames are like drilling through coke cans. They wouldnt rust out so quick if it was actually good metal haha. A 12 volt drill provided it can chuck up the right size bit is plenty.

    Looks sharp!

Use the instructions bro... I know they didn't label it but you'll figure it out. Worst case, measure them.

The real fun begins when you place those capture nuts lol.

    These things?

Wondering if this is the correct orientation?

Yeah, I think the orientation is correct. What happens is once you have the bumper on and are bolting up to those capture nuts, if one pops loose it drops down and obviously you no longer can access it because the bumper is now in place. In order to fish it out, the entire bumper has to be lifted back off. lol. This happened multiple times to @2BeersPlease - I noticed a roll of blue painters tape in his garage and suggested holding them in place with tape just to keep them from dropping.

Yours aren't used so this might not even be an issue.

Haha WTF, why does that look so complicated. The Predator bumper just bolts to the frame horns and tow hook bolts

Screw that. Tear all the garbage out and just weld the bitch to the frame.

That’s any frame. They’re scary easy to drill through

you'll notice, when you have them in place and the bumper is resting on the mounts, you can adjust the amount of gap between bumper and fender once you have the bolts threaded in. About a 1/4" gap between bumper and fender should work. This is where the big chunk of wood (about 2.5') and the floor jack comes in handy.

ARB crash tests their bumpers. Those mounts are designed to crumple. That said, they could've come up with a better way to attach the bumper to the mounts.
