That’s Nitrous Oxide and it’s fun too. Had a friend in high school whose dad was a dentist. When his parents would go out of town he’d borrow a nitrous tank from his dads office. He would throw these big keg parties and sell balloons filled with nitrous for $5. Those were some amazing fucking parties.
