Just got a 2020 Sport. I'm having the brake sticking issue described in this previous post.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/sticking-brake-pedal.604529/

There's resistance for the first 1/4" and then it goes. It's really annoying but not a safety issue.

Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, found a solution?

Yep, exact same thing here on my 2019 Sport. Here‘s my thread and there have been others too. It hasn’t gotten any better or worse over time.
Dealership replaced my booster at about 800 miles but no change. I believe that it’s a slight binding in the linkage causing it.
I was curious if the 2020’s were going to have this same problem and unfortunately you’ve answered my question.
There’s no solution to my knowledge. I’m not comfortable turning wrenches down there, I did apply some spray lube to the linkage to no avail.

My sport doesn’t stick but I got deceleration vibration at 25mph. You got that? should have
researched more don’t care for the hitachi shocks you can feel every crack, pebble and pot hole
bad. Was thinking of changing shocks.

Yep, very common characteristic. Kind of like the entire truck is “settling down” is how I describe it. Surprisingly it doesn’t bother me.
Others have had axles and or rear brake drums replaced under warranty.

That’s exactly right. That’s what I think! I’m glad it doesn’t bother you. Otherwise they are great trucks!
I have an 06 long bed that drives different.Thats why I notice it.

dd light bars, trd cat back exhaust, KDMax tuned, trd skid plate, 2" lift, sema wheels toyo open country at3 tires.
i have noticed a "catch" in the brake pedal from time to time, on my 2019 sport, with less than 4000 miles on it. at night, with reflection off the back glass, i can see the third brake light pulsate as well. feels funny to the foot, more annoying than anything. Ski
