    Yes. High % moly paste has been the standard for decades on spline applications. I use this on splines and also on the forcing screws on pullers:

    Frame looks good. I'm in So Cal so we don't have to deal with snow and salt.

    Looking at the leafs, looks like mine are 3 pack. I was under the impression that there were only two in the recalled ones. Reading the TSB text it says "some trucks will "pass" but many will need replacing"

    It’s two plus the overload leaf on the bottom so three total, the new version is 3+overload so 4 total. It became a recall if I remember correctly because there were instances of broken leaves separating and puncturing the gas tank.

    Those look like the new springs to me. If axle wrap is indeed your issue you need to beef those up or replace them with something more sturdy. Toyota isn’t known for their strong leaf springs.

    I added a wheelers AAL and I’ve been happy with it for the most part
