I’m sold on the veggies. I’d like roasted veggies without having to preheat my oven to 425 and them still taking 30 mins.

I won’t use it for virtually any carby things obviously.

Obviously this is a liked device. I just need to figure out what I have to get rid of to fit it in my kitchen. Probably my crock pot. I never use it nor care for it.

    What about chicken thighs?

I never use my crock pot either. I probably should’ve tossed it instead of packing it up the other day...

I use my air fryer daily and my instapot when prepping, mainly chicken. It takes a while but I can cook in 45min what my crock pot would do in 6hrs so it’s still valuable IMO

@Travish325 tried to double overhand 185 axle today. That shit FLEW out of my hands lmaooo. This axle is a tricky lift to learn. Dropped weight to 140ish and just went through the motions for a while.

I'll have to check out the air fryer.

Gym tonight 15 minute bike ride while my mom signed up for the gym and then a 25 minute workout on the circuit teaching her how to use the different machines. It was a good workout, leg press is up to 140x15, bicep curls are staying difficult at 75x15, leg extensions need to be bumped up in weight, I tried 90 tonight and it was a little light, seated row went up to 120 and the last 2 reps were difficult.

Used the hydro therapy bed for the first time post workout and it was amazing, never had a massage before and it was quite nice.

Do any of you have experience with red light therapy? I think I'm going to try it pre-workout as a combination warm-up and increase in blood flow for healing/muscle growth.

You still haven’t had a massage lol

Nothing beats a deep tissue or hot stone massage.

Airfryer is life. My favorite use is sweet potatoes. or okra. Just toss in a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and you have some delicious okra chips.

Also, it is probably the best way to reheat leftover meat of any kind.

I enjoyed this when I was doing keto. It is a good instant pot dish. Pretty fast too.

Is it the message or is it just the effect of no longer being in excruciating pain that makes you feel better after?

Technically it massaged me, but yeah, one day I’ll have a “real” massage.
The water jets hitting my calves felt amazing after being on the bike.

Anyone ever gone to The Arnold in Columbus? What's the best way to go about it? Like just get a ticket at the door or get a fast pass early?

I only plan to be there Mar 6 and 7

yep - went last year. I did not do the fast pass. I think the only benefit is that you’d get access to the expo an hour early and miss the line. We only waited about 15min to get in, it was cold af, but it wasn’t that bad. Think we waited longer in the line to take a selfie at the Arnold statue lol

We bought our tickets online ahead of time. I’d imagine you’d have to wait in another line at the door to buy one. We just had to walk up and get our hand stamped. We also had tickets to the finale BB/Strongman show so I had just bought it all at once when I was online. I’d skip that if I went again. You get to watch all of it for free except for their main event since they do all of that around the expo anyway (did not know that). Expo is crazy crowded but avoid the Bang energy booth area and you’ll be alright.

He means skipping the purchase of the ticket for it. As you can view it from the non paying crowd, like I did.

Also, avoid bang energy he is right.. lol. Everyone too fascinated by their boobs and colors.

Also, crowded as can be, yes. Like you can't walk anywhere without touching someone. I'll be going, depending on my job (might start new career soon). It was good though. Easy to overlook people since it's so crowded. I bought our tickets at the event, only waited like 5 minutes. We also only went saturday - seems to be the busiest.
