OV Tune at altitude.... I’m at 5500ft near Denver and regularly hit 11000 ft on the weekends. Is the tune safe and tested at these altitudes? Will it adjust AFR for the weak atmospheric pressure up here? I realize performance will take a hit, so I’m mainly concerned about how safe it is for the motor at altitude.

...I will be posting a major update for all tunes / all ECUs on flash manager. Looking at getting this released by the end of this month.
Including S Mode Gearlock not tied to ECT
    Single Torque Map patch Auto
    SIngle Torque Map patch Manual

    04B02, 04B03, 04B04
    04A60, 04A61
    04B30, 04B31
    04B80
    04B10, 04B11, 04B12, 04B13
    04A70, 04A71
    04B40, 04B41
    04B90

The download will be available on flash manager, and the beta page will be removed from our website.
when these files release, 1.05 will no longer be available on flash manager for the 2019 autos (due to issues).

Note, I am having some difficultyimplementing 2 way map switch on the MTs due to lack of modes.

Thanks for the update. I'm using the 1.05.1 on my 2019 . love the response but the transmission shifts are not great.

Hey guys, I’m sure this has already been asked but I’m having trouble finding the definitive answer. Are the handheld tuner issues with the 2018’s sorted out now? I’m looking to order but wanted to verify before doing so. Thanks ahead of time.

Okay no problem. I know you’re busy with a handful of things but do you have any eta on it? I’m sure it’s out of your hands but just curious.

Okay, one last dumb question. If I buy the tablet for my 2018 and keep it aside until the bugs are worked out, would I be able to just use my computer to flash the tunes for the time being?

I know a handful of you on here have found some of my videos useful but here is a month review with 91 2.0 and Over a 1000 miles with OVtune. I broke down the video in the YT comments if you want a specific topic.

How does the ECT button work with the OV tune? Does OV tune change anything with the auto LSD system?

Hopefully we get the 2.0 update before the virus kill us all. I thought it was scheduled for December last year.

Okay who are you? sorry I don't know who you are so I am not sure what communication we have.

I am not sure what other answer I should give you. We cannot just make our updates come faster. It is a lot of exhaustive work doing what we do.
The cars we have been working on are not new platforms. Please check again. Several of these we tuned long before the tacoma.
Our new website only reflects our new software being released that we have again, been working on since before we started the tacoma.

This the first negative review I've seen. I'm sure there are more, but almost all the responses I've read have given great reviews.:notsure:

I'd say we have about a 95% success rate with customers satisfied with our tunes.
It does not work for everyone, and modifications can play a large part of that.

We are a small business. 2 people. Expecting support like you get from huge businesses like Cobb is just not possible for us.
