Took about 90 minutes, plus there's a couple things in the area I don't have around home. And I've just been lazy lately.

I'll see if I get some later. The 865s only lifted it maybe 1.5" rear, but the ass end was saggy before from the drawers I built in the back so it looks higher to me. Yours is definitely taller though.

And if you lived in Seekonk MA (next town over for those who don't know) you'd be paying about $75 a year like I do.

+150k for the same house at least. If I wanted to stay in the area long term, maybe. Jumping ship, no more cold. Going south, not worth it to make the Massachusetts move for us.

EDIT: Okay, just looked on "Realtor.com", I guess the housing difference is only 100k for the same 1200sqft house.

We also have zero children and would not benefit from the school system. :kona:

true story. i love that it'll be blue skies and warm here, and blizzard outside of boston. plus my house in mass would cost double. in fact i've been looking at houses in mass, same floor plan as my house, not near any water, and the price is double.

and i love all the ocean towns. cute walkable areas and lots of good food

So comfy, but fucking expensive. But they ride so nice, and have a ton of amenities stock. Also gas mileage isa you expect from a Toyota V8 paired to a 4speed auto(5speed for later model years).

Yeah I'm along the bay in east providence. If we were to stay here I'd definitely try to get water front bay house. Genuinely I found one, 1000 sqft small but decent size, 2 car drive no garage, water front on the bay in east providence. For like 200k a few months ago.

I have a feeling 10, 15 years from now providence and east prov will be on a huge up swing and these houses are going to be wicked expensive, like business executive million dollar house type of money. There's 2 tower cranes in providence right now, Boston is expanding and providence is next. There's already luxury condos next to the new university building along the bay. If we stayed, we'd probably get a different or second house (and rent this one or the other, whatever). And if new England is the stay, then definitely Rhode Island. But it's still too cold. 45 or 15, still can't sit outside. Face doesn't hurt, but still can't do outdoorsy things without bundling up, etc etc. So it's nicer, but still not nice enough to not be cooped up inside. This, looking at Carolinas and Arizona!

I actually just bought a house in Warwick near the water a couple years back. We're looking at houses in mass because of our jobs, but my realtor told me not to let go of my house. He said the area is only going to go up over time. Plus I love being here in the summer

I don't love new England, but I've really come to enjoy Rhode Island

Yeah lots of stuff happening down in warwick too. I like the providence and east bay better, but hey that's just me :p if you can afford it and manage the rentals, yeah owning property in and around providence is the way to go. If we do end up moving, there's a chance we bring in property management and keep this house - a for property value and b for in case we want to come back. This plot alone is 1/3 acre in the middle of Rady prov, you don't get that anywhere else!

Yeah, we have a whole house though so like it's possible to manage from away, but probably bring in property management. Wouldn't be bad from the Carolinas only a 15 ish hour drive if need be. That's one selling point of there instead of austin or Arizona.
