    FYI, if Toyota does it and messes up, they actually can't fix it by flashing again.
    Our software can.
    Just be aware, I have already unbricked dealer updates of non customers

    Can someone point me in the direction of how to apply TSB’s and where to download them from; more specifically 0062-18

    I have techstream on my laptop and the TSB already applied a long time ago, but couple local people need it and are out of warranty.

    I asked 2 or 3 times about buying the handheld and some others seemed to not know the answer or wanted to hear the answer.

    If the handheld is bought during the discount now, it will be possible to upload the new tune.
