Like i said someone broke into my truck through my driver side rear window. It seems that the pryed the window up and broke the latch. You can see where the window trim is flattened. Funny thing is though nothing was stolen. My question is what is the part number on that latch?

If you are talking about the piece that keeps the side windows from opening all the way, it's called a lock handle. I can't seem to find a part# in the owners manual though.

Ya its that piece, the little clip that holds the window in is snapped clean in half.

Jeez, if you ever find a 1st gen taco in a salvage yard, TAKE A PIC! I have yet to see one. I need the rear window clip and it costs like 30 bucks, I also need a a right side lower control arm. :p

That latch on mine is broken too. I took some metal rods cut them to lengths and placed them in the slide rail of the window.
