I don’t have nightmares. I do have vivid dreams a lot though. I have had dreams of going camping and doing other shit. I also have lucid dreams sometimes.

I tend to forget within a few minutes what my dreams were.. usually. There’s a few that have stuck, most of the were very, interesting.

Speaking of dreams it’s time to hit the hay. L8r!

Truth be told, the guns are secondary. Your culinary abilities are the number one attraction here. I’m sure that the other guys can cook a great meal but you are different. Your presentation skills are impeccable and your understanding of the palate is apparent in your artful layering of flavors.
An important criterion on which I judge food is not only how inventive it is but on its conceptual clarity. If the chef has merely done something to change form and dazzle diners, it is less impressive if there is an underlying thought or narrative that comes through on the plate, it becomes elevated. For instance, I recently tried a new dish by chef Manish Mehrotra at Indian Accent--lamb chops with baigan bharta (made into a pate that was smoked) and bits of roasted papad. It worked wonderfully not just because of the contrasting textures and the unusual aubergines-with-meat combination, but because the smokiness of various elements on the plate united them and accented the meat.
After hours of careful thought, I sorted my emotions and now realize that I wasn’t falling in love, I was just really, really hungry. Sure, I would like to spend a day or two partaking of your culinary delights and blasting off a few thousand rounds but that’s as far as it goes. You aint gettin none of this sweetness. Sorry.
