I ordered them from https://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/Shims.shtml he custom makes them to whatever degree you need. Also I had him punch in center pins so I didn’t have to pull apart my leaf pack to install. Hell I didn’t even have to take the wheels off. I just loosened the u-bolts all the way jacked the truck up by the hitch and slid them in between the axle pad and leaf pack. Lowered truck down and retorqued the u-bolts. Took about 30mins. But you need to get an angle finder first to see what your pinion angle is to see what degree shim you need. I used this post on how to get my angle. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/drive-shaft-vibrations-solved-step-by-step.244535/

I've had something like this ever since I bought my truck. There's a slight rumbling or pulsing feeling when braking at certain speeds and on certain roads of my commute, but it has never caused the wheel, pedals or other parts of the interior to shake. I had the dealership look at it once but they said they couldn't find an issue. It never got any better or any worse, and to be completely honest, it's not something that I even notice enough to worry about.

I installed 2.5 Degree Axle Shims - Rancho RS8125 and fixed the vibrations! My all stock 2020 SR5 V6 4x2 DCSB truck drives smoother all together now! This did not require to remove the leaf bolt/pin and so it might not be recommend for hard core use since the leaf set pin is not set into the axle now. I torqued my U Bolt Nuts to ~57 foot pounds. I paint marked the brackets and u bolts to reinstall everything the best I could back into the exact same position as factory.

My 2020 TRD Sport (not 4x4) does this. I noticed it does it more when I first start driving and when it's cold. Mine is so subtle that I forget about it most of the time. Hopefully it goes away with time. I will definitely bring it up at my 5000 service appointment. Currently at 2100 miles.

I had this problem with 19. Field service engineer told me the drive line basically went under the driver seat and that's how they all were.

^^Totally agree. I had an aftermarket lift installed 1000 miles in on my 2018 truck. The lift had shims installed under the rear leafs to align the pinion angle and accommodate the lift. Never had the rumble strip vibes for a year. However, when I recently upgraded to a long travel kit in the rear with new shocks & leafs, the shims were never re-installed since they did not fit the new leafs. Hence, the pinion angle was increased and now I get the rumble strip vibes when decelerating (or accelerating --not under load but only when rolling down a hill in neutral).

Since I get the vibes when I roll in neutral out of my driveway and down the hill on my street without touching the brakes, I personally think it has nothing to do with the brakes and is a result of poor pinion angle and axle wrap. I recently bought a shackled ladder bar to weld to the rear axle to see if this helps reduce the vibes (reduce axle wrap). I also plan on putting a shim to align the pinion angle. I will post results whenever I get a chance to do it.

I have the same truck - same issue. Did you get a resolution from your dealer?

My 2020 sr5 auto v6 is smooth as could be. If anything the 01 tundra had an issue with drive shaft vibration, after the first week owning the truck, but the dealer realigned it. After that all was good.

Been experiencing vibrations on my truck too. I had a friend test drive it and checked under but no problems where found. Could just be how crappy the stock tires are also or something too
Maybe adding weight on the bed would help, i should give that a try...

I have a 2020 TRD Sport 2wd. Having this issue. At 55 mph vibration. The transmission in this this is the worst I've driven in my life. Very disappointed in this truck. I thought I would try a Tacoma because of reputation but I have only 1400 miles on it and have been to the dealership more in 60 days than 10 years in my F150. Sorry for the rant but all these bravo sierra problems these trucks are having to me is unacceptable. I hold Toyota to a very high standard and being this frustrated with a new Toyota this early in my ownership experience just is not right.
They got the look right...fix the mechanical problems before you release it into production!

When I picked up my 18' DCLB Sport, I feel like it may have had these vibrations but when I got home I threw in my bed mat from my 2nd gen and my toolbox and I haven't ever noticed anything since. I know there is very noticeable axle wrap in this truck, but my 2nd gen was the same way till I changed the leaf packs, the oem leafs are just soft as shit in these trucks.
