Whiskey and yes the LT stuff changes things up a bit. Most guys try to run between 4-5* castor and a few more “race” style kits run a little higher

 

Aluminum flat bar, cutting wheel, vice, bfh, and a drill and youd be in business. I use aluminum angle and flatbar to make stuff all the time. Easy to work with and you can get it just how you want. I even tap the aluminum to accept bolts sometimes. If i can do it so can you sir

I am scrambling everything I can to do this. I always wanted to start building engines and this is a perfect setup.

 

Ahh! Well, I considered it, but attempting to blindly mark MDF is risky for me. With my luck I'll miss by like 1/4 inch and then have to re drill holes in the box and then I'll have air leaks and then and then and then. Oy... Lol. If only the shop who built the box already did that, that would had been awesome!

I can confirm this set up kicks ass

 

mark left and right of the box in desired location.
remove box and trace it on cardboard, cut it out.
cut oversized square in bolt hloes location on cardboard.
place cardboard in truck to marks made and with a straight edge draw crosshair mark of exact location.
lay template on back of box, insert the oversized square and continue the lines, drill hole.
you'll ace it on the first try.

Yeah he is the only source for a custom 2.3 (or any 2.3 from my knowledge).
