Oh nice. Looks like the part numbers you bought are discontinued now, according to Toyotapartsdeal

You might try checking rockauto. They may have a cheaper aftermarket vinyl option that would more closely drop in your truck.. im guessing the OEM ones sold out

Still looks awesome. Plus not having to worry about the carpet getting stained or having to vacuum thoroughly

Anyone use any of the bug bombs at HD/Lowes and have success with killing Black Widows? I appear to have quite a few occupying my crawlspace and I need to get down there to shut water off for a repair. I blasted 5 with spray right at the hatch and refuse to actually go under the house right now.

If you are keeping the Truck forever go for it, if not, it could cost you.

I've had success with them. The can has to be upright though, and somewhat centered in the space, so you can't just "toss" one in. Would be more fun if they could be tossed in grenade style.

Get a realllllyy long stick, tape the can to the end of it(Upright) zip tie the cans nozzle down and stick it in there near the center.

    This might work.
when you activate the can, you really want to get away from it asap. No need to zip tie the nozzle, push down the self locking tab and run like hell.
This can is good for 5000 cubic feet of "unobstructed space"
gotta clear the house of pets and people for like 30 minutes too.

I think I'll take the risk of a couple spiders in the crawl spacer vs getting cancer from filling my house with a bug bomb. :tinfoilhat:

    Yep, I like this method.

Yeah, I thought about this (as I sit under flourescent lights drinking redbull and eating a big mac). I don't mind them there, in fact I like them there. It's just the Black Widows and other threatening looking ones I don't want. Laying there with a lit torch sweating a pipe in and seeing one of those creep towards me would not be a good end result.

Atleast it will be warm so the house windows can be open all weekend.

We have plenty of them in our house. I'm like you, live and let live even with Black Widows. I just don't like the prospect of being face-to-face with one in the crawl space. I haven't resorted to a bug bomb and thus far have taken to suited up apocalypse style - full jump suit with ankles and wrists duct taped shut, gloves, beanie, goggles and headlamp. I'm pretty sure it works better in my mind than in actual spider avoidance.
