Having a set of sideshooter style pods on the ditch works well too.

    Yes.

And there's getting to be a very good selection of tires in that size.

Nice. I've got a pair of those sitting in the box waiting to be installed.

Lame. I ran 295 width for years and liked those too.

Anyways, still waiting for a 35" tire in 285 or 275 width. They got close with the 275/80r17 MTRs, but I don't want MTRs.

Missed this last night so forgive the going back :p

Why do you say this? In terms of lighting, it is actually better if you have the lights higher up then down low.

I've done a mod or two
I didn't find the light from them useful. If I bothered to put lights there again I'd try some high intensity super focused spots instead. But keeping light below the hood and far in front of my eyes seems beneficial for my vision, no glare to speak of and no light pollution back into the cab.

Well, they are ditch lights. Serve a purpose that very few actually need

I replaced my flex plate last January when my starter basically exploded and trashed it.... hopefully its still nice and pretty. Thank you for the part number for that transmission seal. We are positive that is the seal that goes at the front end of the transmission? Amazon has it with prime shipping for about $10 and I have a cart full of seals on there already so I will likely just order from there. Thank you for the offer though.

Now I need to find that part number for the rear output shaft of the transmission.

I don't know what lights you had, but I've loved my Ditch lights. If you want real fogs that's different. But yes, a more spot/driving style beam is better for the ditch lights by far. And not for forward light really but angled away. Glare hasn't been a huge issue for me really, not like a damn bro bar is.

I still want to try and make some mirror brackets like you can get for your LC. That would be 0 glare and I like how the look better too.

I opted for yellow tail light repair tape over a set of inexpensive white LEDS. Work okay in my book.

According to ToyotaPartsdDeal it is for my '02. Use their tool to verify with your Vin# to be certain.

Shouldn’t be too hard to make something using the bottom screws on the mirror (assuming they can handle the added stress)

Yeah and it’s actually held up really well to the wipers, I’ve had it on there for about three years and it has peeled up anywhere

it looks good in your pic!
i was really thinking it was just one of the interior window adhesives you just wet and smooth out the air bubbles with a CC or drivers license edge

yeah have thought of that. Should be able to, at least on the early smaller mirrors(OEM quality that is) the triangles are metal. But like the LC bracket that puts the light right next to the A pillar and in front of the mirror.

About $460 including tax. $265 for the injectors+fuel filter, $135 for valve cover job+PCV+spark plugs, Only thing I didn't include is a new fuel pressure regulator, that would add $80 more.
