That was my first thought, but the space isn't uniform. Would have been much easier if the back of the bed side was flat like the cab.

Can I ask what wheels you're running? Love the look of the truck with the wheels and softtopper, its got an old army feel to it.

@Grumpy I had this problem too, in addition to the grill rattling like crazy due to the absence of the clips from the stock bumper cover. I basically cut that part of the stock bumper off with tin snips to maintain the clip interface for the grill and bezel. has worked like a charm. It does render the old bumper to trash, so if you're planning to sell it, keep that in mind.

Took the day off from work yesterday since I'm sick. Decided to spend maybe 20 minutes in my truck replacing the dome lights and adjusting my stereo's amp. Battery died. I've only had the truck for a few months, but the battery was from 2011.

I was going to wait for the girlfriend to get home from work so she could jump me, but decided fuck it, I need a new battery anyways, I'll just go get one. So I grabbed a backpack and walked a couple miles to advance auto parts. The main compartment of my pack was just a tiny bit too small to fit the battery in. So I carried the battery by it's handle, for two miles, through the city. Only got a few weird looks. Was a block away from my truck when the girlfriend spotted me on her way driving home and picked me up
