Long story short, I put my spc adjustable uppers on last week and went to get an alignment this week and all was good. They knew how to adjust them, running 0 camber and 3.1 driver side castor and 2.9 on the passenger side. He was concerned with my thrust angle of being 0.54. What could cause this? I have Dakar rear springs with 5100. Could springs be on wrong side? I know I got one front bushing out that I’m planning on changing. Let me know your thoughts please

Check the bushings and the you bolts really good. Don't think the springs are side specific.

is that .54 in degrees or inches?

I would think that if it is inches it would be easy enough to check with a tape measure by measuring the front eylet on the rear spring to spring perch on both sides. When I have seen people put leaf springs on wrong way forward it is pretty obvious. If the rear side to side ride height were not the same at the time of checking I would think that the difference in the spring lenght could account for this... if this is in degrees. I doubt that the rear spring length would be over 1/2" off left side compared to right side unless the bushings/shackels have a large hole wallowed out in them.

If the rear tires do not show any signs of abnormal wear, feathering etc... I wouldnt worry about it too much. Just my 2 cents worth.

Leaf packs are typically the same length for LH and RH sides of the vehicle. In some cases (OEM) they may be side-specific due to different rates or superficial features like cable brackets. If you are concerned about the leaf packs installed the wrong way fore-and-aft, take a rough measurement between the axle and front hanger. It would take a very noticeable length discrepancy (0.6-0.7 in.) to result in 0.54 deg difference.

There are other possible contributors like bent axle and/or twisted frame, which may be from the factory or from off-roading, but they aren't worth fixing. If the effect is noticeable (truck doesn't track straight on a straight and level road), then you can ask the mechanic to offset the front toe to match the rear thrust angle.
