Slight subject change, but anyone in here with allergies? If so, what do you take regularly?

I take zyrtec daily in addition to a nasal spray. Supposedly my allergies are unremarkable, but that seems excessive for someone with "normal" allergies. I've also gotten kenalog shots every other month but am currently trying to not continue on that route.

 

Flonase and benadryl are my gotos.

 

I have to switch up my regimen about every 3 or 4 months.

Zyrtec, sudafed, Claritin, etc. I just rotate them.

 

I been miserable all day, can't find anything that works long term. I feel like I've tried almost everything... always have to try different things

 

My son is such a little old man. He asked for a Netti Pot and an electric blanket for Christmas.

He's allergic to grasses and absolutely loves helping me mow and do yard work. So, he needs the Netti in the summer time.

 

I don’t have allergies, but I have snatiation... Which makes everyone think I’m allergic to all things but it’s just me being fat cause I like food!

 

Benadryl is always on hand as a backup, but I try to not take it as a daily.

Yeah I'm figuring it's time for a small rotation. Keep my nose on it's toes lol

Kenalog helped take the edge off and works wonders, but I figure it can't be good for my body to have to get an injection every other month for that purpose. I can literally feel the change in my allergies when it starts to wear off and sure enough I look at the calendar and it's time for another injection.

 

That's the only thing OTC I've never tried yet...
