    For anyone with bad allergy’s, if you haven’t find a allergy doctor and go get checked. I know for me over the counter stuff doesn’t help me much. I go and get a prescription medicine and that helps. I got 3 shots at a time from age 7 to 15, Haven't had shots since but I still need medicine pretty much every day. From about March till November I also use a nose spray( one I use you can get off the self at Walmart.)

    I've done a drop of hot sauce when I was at my wit's end with sinus issues. Just a drop in each nostril.

    Most of the time I can just eat a lot of hot sauce on some food and it will help.
