Damn! I use rhinocourt nasal spray. I get it off the shelf at Walmart, it’s about $15 for a 120 spray. It helps me quite a bit.

Another little trick I use for sinus issues is the vaporub tubes for inhaling through your nose.

I have a lot of nasal swelling from broken noses, so that helps to reduce it.

 

I’m on Monelukast as well. I haven’t taken it in a fe days though.... but I have to take it everyday in the spring/summer/Fall.
