Did it protect you guys well?

My wreck was in a 2012 Subaru Outback. I’m lucky I’m alive.
The curtain airbags saved me from being ejected (the only time in my life I was not wearing a seatbelt).

I owned my 2002 F250 at the time. I got my 2013 Tacoma with curtain airbags shortly after. If the same wreck happened in my Ford not confident I’d be around.

25 minutes on the bike, weights only in the circuit for max weight at 12 reps, and then 15 minutes in the massage chair and 10 minutes on the hydro bed, I feel fantastic today.

Nice! Let me know how you like it. I'm still debating on coming out there and doing the HW division on that comp. I think right now we are going to just go hard and train for Nationals in October, but that comp is pretty light so it would be a fun workout to keep me motivated.
