There are good cops but just as many bad ones. Ive seen it up here a number of times. Your not harming anyone.

These are more of the 65 Galaxies I am letting go. There are still more I could not get to yet. The Coke car is a rare piece. The 88 - 23 and 2 cars are not worth much but the others are hard to find.
The 56 Oldsmobile rag top was part of a 3 car set that my wife had ordered for me 10 years ago.

 

Picked this set up recently. General Lee, Roscoe's Police Car, and Boss Hogg's Cadillac.

I think this will be my first custom. Start with something simple. Doesn't look like correct Ferrari red so leaning towards a repaint.

 

Ordered rivits and wheels. The paint seems to be a close match, I'll give it a good polish and see what happens...

 

I've had this absolutely unidentifiable car since I was in my 20s and I know by eye it's likely from the mid-60s or earlier. Anyone ever seen this particular one? No brand anywhere on it. 7" long, 4" wide. Internet yields nothing. It must be rare as hell.

Here are some of the cars that are in one of my display cases in the garage. These are going too. Some are rare and have value. Some of these Hot Wheels are from the early 80s. The tutone 55 Belair was a special piece that had a 2nd bare metal car that came with it from Matchbox I believe. The larger cars are all models in this case. I wish the Hot Wheels 70 Chevelle was more visible. It came with decals all over it which I stripped off with reducer and just left the white stripes. It looked so much better. I was not able to get to the cases to take these out. My 65 Galaxie is blocking them in and it is parked for the winter.

You aint lyin' it's close! Mine looks like it may have been brought here by someone straight from China. Maybe from ye old "British Hong Kong". Hence the no name brand stamped on the bottom.

Figured I’d throw this out there. I was collecting Ferrari cars for my son Enzo from before he was born. Had amassed a collection that was to be his at a later point in life. Lost it in a messy divorce. They don’t make them anymore. If anyone has some they’d like to sell, message me and let me know.

 

is it all metal with plastic wheels? I seen cars like it at a antique toy show I go to every spring. I think the only way to find the name might be to find one still in the box. very cool. reminds me of the open wheel corgis that I have.

 

Ok. Here it is. It has a 300 HP 289 with FlowMasters and Mustang GT tailpipes.. I bought the car in 1988 and did a partial restoration. In 1999 I went all the way with it. It came out of North Carolina. The factory shot was recent. It has never been wet since I got it and it is babied. During the winter it is under 3 layers including the motor. Except for letting a friend of mine paint the car I pretty much did the rest.

I remember your Corgis earlier in this thread-those are the coolest Corgis ever IMO. I never had those but always liked them. Yeah this one's all metal with plastic wheels.

Here are some more That I will be letting go. The larger ones are models. Several funny cars. The Hemi under Glass is a original first release I beleive. I never have seen another Stone Woods and Cook 33 Willys Mean Machine. The 65 Galaxies behind Richard Petty are getting hard to find.
