Black interior door handles....

So,

Before I purchase these.....can someone reassure me that these will work on my 2017 Tacoma TRD off road double cab.....front and back doors. They say they will not fit, but I have read they will somewhere.

I’m not a Scientist. But, if the website of the product says it’s not compatible with your Tacoma... I wouldn’t get them.
Now if you’ve “read it somewhere”...

do a little search in google and see if anyone else has put them in.

Search for the sr handles or aftermarket knockoffs, I bet something comes up (I know I’ve posted multiple pictures of the sr part numbers)

 

I bought them (and item# 112771289716 for the other side) on Jan 9. Haven't received them yet, but I can let you know when I do? Estimated delivery is Jan 29 to March 19 so it still might be a while.

 

If they’re the ones for a hilux they work, mine shipped from South Asia somewhere and took 2 ish weeks. Fit like a glove and look awesome

 

If the seller/manufacturer states they won't fit, they probably won't as I assume they would certainly like to sell them to you if they did.

But then if you read on the internet that they would ? ....................... as everyone knows if it's on the internet, it has to be true.

The only place that says they won't work is the eBay Auto Parts Program whatever it's called. I assume they just say it won't work because they're actually for an SR...and not the OR package.

They would probably say the same thing about SR black bumper caps even though there's no difference between the Chrome and black bumper caps other than finish. Well sensor holes maybe, but you know what i mean.

No problem, biggest pain is taking the door panels off, and make sure the cables for the handle/lock go in the right spot. I’ve seen threads of people putting them on backwards then you can’t open the door
