I’m selling a Cabin Air filter mod that catches 98.2% of the virus. $78.95 (backordered until June). Only catch is you gotta live in your Tacoma. That shouldn’t be a problem for most of the peeps here.

It’s called the coronavirus because corona beer kills it... duh

That’s why it’s so prevalent in Asia, almost nonexistent in Mexico.

That's all piss beer! Except Negra Modelo.

You need at least a DIPA just to slow it down.

Recommend Michter's rye with just a spalsh for the single killshot.

Here is some info on that subject.
MGX Minerals Inc. and Eureka Resources, LLC have signed a Letter of Intent to form an exclusive joint venture to recover lithium from water produced at non-conventional oil and gas sites across the Marcellus and Utica shale formations in the eastern United States.

Deep natural gas reserves located in the Marcellus and Utica shale account for approximately 40% of all natural gas produced in the United States. The oil and gas operations in this region also generate large volumes of produced water.

Eureka uses advanced treatment technology to convert 10,000 barrels per day of this produced water into valuable co-products, including fresh water, high-purity sodium chloride and calcium chloride. Through this joint venture, Eureka will begin extracting lithium as well.

MGX has developed a rapid lithium extraction technology that eliminates or greatly reduces the physical footprint and investment needed for large, multi-phase, lake-sized, lined evaporation ponds. Its technology also enhances the quality of lithium extraction and recovery across a complex range of brines as compared with traditional solar evaporation. This technology can be used on oil and gas produced water, natural brine, lithium-rich mine brine and industrial plant wastewater.

“We are extremely pleased to partner with Eureka,” stated MGX president and CEO Jared Lazerson. “The joint venture will look not only to install an initial rapid recovery system immediately, but views this as the first step in executing the strategic vision of Petrolithium. The extraction of lithium from oil and gas well sources is a broad paradigm shift for the energy sector. There may be a lot of lithium in the eastern U.S. Our clean technology unlocks this potential. Our joint venture plans to install multiple lithium rapid recovery systems at wastewater treatment facilities across the Marcellus and Utica shale formations.”

“This agreement marks a significant step forward in keeping Eureka in the forefront of advanced produced-water treatment. Through this joint venture, we can help meet the growing need for lithium while simultaneously making a positive environmental impact,” said Dan Ertel, president and CEO of Eureka Resources. “We are pleased to partner with MGX, which brings proven technical and commercial lithium extraction expertise to our business model.”

Eureka Resources provides industry-leading advanced treatment technology in oil and gas produced water management. Since 2008, Eureka’s patented and permitted services have expanded to meet the growing need for produced water solutions and critical mineral production. Eureka’s three conveniently located facilities provide regional environmental and economic solutions to oil and gas producers and the community. Learn more at www.eureka-resouces.com.

Ok. I'm in an accommodating mood. I will concede that in some future date they may be able to recover 8% of Teslas lithium needs from gas wells. However, that is 8% of Teslas 2016 - 2017 vehicle production needs. Which was something around 300,000 vehicles. What about the other 92%? Also what about the other auto producers. In the US alone, new vehicle consumption is 15-17 million vehicles.

"It’s highly unlikely that all the lithium in produced water could be economically recovered. But even with a 60 percent recovery rate — an estimate based on published research detailing methods and recovery rates for lithium extraction from brine waters — the produced water from Pennsylvania alone could potentially supply approximately 8 percent of Tesla’s annual lithium needs once it reaches full-scale production — not a trivial amount. This percentage could increase if produced water in other oil- and gas-producing shale regions in the U.S. also contains lithium."

Guys: I take no joy in presenting these dismal facts. Current battery technology is not ready for prime time. False economics e.g., carbon offsets also don't get it done.

I remember back in the 70’s reading the experts predicting when the earths oil reserves would be depleted....sometime around the year 2020 I think...

    “Ran out”? Nobody ran out.

1973 was due to OPEC (largely composed of gulf oils states) being pissed at those country’s supporting Israel in the 73 war. Yes they have other historical Issues with the west.

1979 was another oil shock caused by the Iranian revolution.

yet your freedom of movement is utterly obliterated, reduced to one half of the total range the battery gets (half-bat.to-half bat. return home) Imagine being utterly cucked into a radius of movement no farther than half of your batteries total range.

EV's "wow-factor" is for bench-racer discussions on message boards, focus-grouped precisely for facebook post advertisements with .jpeg images exactly like the link above. "wow amazing stats", but EV's may as well be on a string for all it matters.

"HURR the average person only drives XXX per day anyway" right, yet Imagine fixing that figure with finality, removing even the possibility for the unknown journey. Why would anyone want to do this to themself?
The reality is this: there is ZERO infrastructure to support EV's. ZERO. 95% of this nation is two decades away from "ev corridors" let alone ubiquity. There has yet to be a definitive, easily navigable "transcontinental" ev route that wasnt set up for show. And even if it is 'theoretically' possible, there is likely a single sole route that necessitates following it on rails to make such a journey.

The time it will take to blanket the country in "EV-charging" stations like gas-stations will be measured in decades, the cost passed of to consumers who use them. Even when it happens, All EV travel will be siphoned through economic corridors, the idea that gas stations off of major motorways will turn into EV stations is laughable. EV's are slavery. Freedom of movement is abolished.

when do people "wake-up" to the utter FRAUD that EV's are?
