Good luck. Remember to use and abuse him on questions.

The training will most likely look weird to you at first, it won't be anything like the bro split or gym rat stuff. Trust the cycle.

Also, remember to rest between sets. None of this 30 sec rest then go hit the next set. On very heavy sets I will rest sometimes 10 minutes or more... It's super important to be fully recovered before the next set. Like I said, it'll be different than what you're use to.

I’m going to 100% follow his programs and guides. I already told my buddy that I’m not gonna be lifting with him anymore as I’m pretty serious about this.

Is it only 4 days a week ? Like I don’t workout 3 days or is it 4 training days and you can do what you want on the off days?

Usually 4 split into press/deadlift/squat and events with accessories for each day, then closer to the comp will go to 3. I do cardio stuff on my off days but I also have Sunday where I just go do form work on my own.

    Looks like this:

    Mon-off/fasting
    Tue- on
    Wed- on
    Thursday- off completely
    Friday-on (events day)
    Saturday- off
Sunday- on + form work on log or any lacking areas

    Pretty reasonable price.
I’m fighting the urge to hire Zach Bitter @ $450/mo. :bananadead:

Just for 6 mos to be coached by the world record holder in the 100 mile.

Today sucks. Weights are feeling heavy when they shouldn’t and normally don’t.

I too had bad experience with coaches. Seems the more expensive ones always give less a fuck to help. More known they are too, the easier they can use their title to scam you. Who's IG fans gonna believe, you or him? Yea, I'll tell you right now... HIM

Well, for me, i don’t know how to plan a week of strongman stuff. Like what body parts and lift go good with what and how long/what should I do? It’s not as easy as just hit a body part. I did 1 month just to see how it goes. Maybe I’ll love it. Maybe I’ll hate it. If I love it, I’ll probably get a diet coach as well just to get me started. Then I’ll go on my own after getting a good idea of what to eat. Just trying to get serious with all this finally. I promised myself I would this year so I am.

That's how I started except I went on my own for like 6 months lol I wish I had gotten a coach sooner but it's done now.

I have every intention of getting my pro card. It may not be for a year or more but it will happen. It's such a fun sport and I am actually decent at it and can compete so I'm gonna give it my all.

That last paragraph is exactly how I feel and why I’m doing this the right way and taking your advice.

Alright. Serious question here y’all as I’ve been fighting this issue for a few years now. Does anyone know much it cost to get bloodwork done at the doc to see test levels? Without insurance and with.

Find a place that you can go thru without Dr. Much cheaper. My blood tests run me 165 a pop. Can be cheaper but I check alot of things. I also get a discount since I'm their favorite... Hahaha.

Just my 2 cents. Few places online can do it too. Privatemdlabs.com is one of the big ones.

He’s already paying $150/mo for “online coaching” let’s not give him any more crazy ideas like mailing off blood samples for “online tests”

Gotcha. I’m 90% sure I have every symptom and sign of low T and I’m tired of it. So I want to see where I actually am and fix this shit

    Aren't you like 19?

Also doing it private won't help cause your doc will still order his/her own test.

    26 same thing lol

Still if it's actually low and you want to do trt getting a private lab done won't help. That is if you want a prescription.

You need to see a urologist or find one of those men's clinics.

Gotcha. Wife and I are trying to have a kid so i can’t get on TRT yet but it would be nice to see my bloodwork on paper just to finally know for sure where everything sits and what I could use or need in the future after we finally get something in the oven. I have stupid low energy and whatnot for my age and it’s been like this for a few years and bugs the shit out of me.

I use Walk-In Lab online. It's $78 for a testosterone test. Pay online then print off the lab order and go to any LabCorp or testing place and they do it for you then post it online.
