First. Huge thanks to the OP for taking the time. Amazing resource for us shoobs.

I DID use search And I DID look through the various related charts but I’m missing a spec

front recovery hook from later gen 2.5 Tacoma’s.
Anyone know? I’ll probably default to specs related to the receiver hitch if not available.
    Thanks in advance.

Generally, if you have 12mm hardware, it will be to 86 ft-lbs and 10mm will be to 48 ft-lbs.

I don't know if this official or not, but I've seen 60 ft lbs multiple times, including in the instructions for the Total Chaos bed stiffeners I just installed.

Since anti-seize affects the torque a bit, someone suggested about 50lbs from one of threads I browsed a couple months ago. Otherwise they’re around 55-60lbs

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Here are the pages I could find in the FSM. They refer to that as the 'Steering Pad'

The T30 Torx are torqued to 78 Inch/Lbs.
The main nut is torqued to 37 Foot/Lbs.
