Installing the Kings, dakars, and superbumps today. Rears were no problem. Going to pull the fronts. Get everything undone except one bolt.
Drivers side lower shock bolt is seized to the collar. Tried everything we had at our disposal in my friends garage to no avail.
Had to call it a night and its sitting on the street now.
Anyone have any shop recommendations for just sending it to sort the front?
Was thinking RSG might take care of it.
If I had my own garage space and the time I guess the option for me would be to take the rest of the front apart and get the CV out of the way and cut that bitch out.
Any other suggestions?

 

Soak it in pb blaster for a while?

 

Tried that, applied heat too but the proximity to the cv boot nearly melted it.

That I may have to try. I just don't know how to get it between the shoulder of the bolt and the collar. It doesn't even seem like PB was getting in between those surfaces.
