    Yea drilled holes in main path but they way I built last 2’ of walls allows me to a path for wires without drilling.

    Cool, since you panel is going to be outside I would recommend that you use no-ox on all of the copper to the buss terminals to ensure there is no issues down the road.

    Yes, kinda messy but helps eliminate any potential rust issues, used between unlike metals.

    Don't need an electrician to do the panel, you should be able to do it.

    two hots, a ground and neutral, so a 4 wire run will work. Do you want to control the lights from two parts of the room, if so you will need a 3way switch to do that.
