It just depends how much work you are willing to put in. The Spicer option is just as good as the IEDLS one, but it just depends how often you want to tear into it, as the Spicer one will be inherently weaker than the poly version just by it's nature of the fact that it is rubber alone.

I want to do as little work as possible. I will have to be working in a carport, so as least amount of work as I can.

It's not so much that one is more work than the other, you might have to play with the spacing of the poly one a little over the rubber one which will bolt up as is and should require no spacing assuming you are not lifted. If you are lifted all bets are off and you will have to space out both which in which case you might as well go with poly. The poly one will require you create a bottom plate for it as well and put two holes in it, which is incredibly easy to do.

The spiced one will require that too. It’s exactly the same thing except for the rubber vs. poly.
If I can’t find anyone to sell me the IEDLS part here soon I’m getting the spicer one because it costs only half and will be less harsh even though potentially it might not live quite as long as the poly option

    Not true.

If you go with the one I have X'ed out you might as well go with IEDLS. If not the Spicer donut style one is supposed to be stronger than the OE one sold by Toyota, which is the one I'm talking about.

I was talking about the one you crossed out. $35 vs $125 plus shipping...

I know you were, which is why I X'ed it out.

What funny guy came in here to literally post a link to a rubber version of the IEDLS one in the exact same style?! What the hell, seriously.

I'm working on one group buy at a time. I am attempting to put one of the current ones that I recently had going to rest. Possibly after that, but IEDLS did indicate they had trouble with the group buy the last time they did it for us, so they may be opposed to doing another again because of all the trouble it was for them.

    A thing or two...
What do you mean extra modifications? Installing this in an access cab or double cab is the same. Prerunners need extra work.
